Join us for an intergenerational choir, with Heather King as our director. Each year we prepare a Christmas Cantata which is performed during one of our Advent worship services. Our Newington Christmas Choir meets from September through December to prepare for the cantata. Practices are Wednesdays at 5:45 or Sundays after service (around 11:45) in the choir room. Participants don't need to come to both practices each week--just choose the time that works best for your schedule. We combine for joint rehearsals closer to the cantata date. Practice CDs are available and singers of all skill levels are welcome!
From January through early June, we practice just on Wednesdays at 5:45 to prepare special music for our church service.
